Has almost two decades of total experience in HR domain with industry and academics. He has worked for many well-known companies at junior and middle level management positions. He has been associated with various top B schools of Delhi & NCR as a core faculty and also as a visiting faculty. Conducted numerous workshops on ‘Stress Management’, ‘Effective communication’, ‘Time Management’ and ‘Organising One-Self’. His areas of interest are Occupational Stress, Training & Management Development and Labour Laws.
