has twelve years of experience in academia and industry majorly focused on behavioural training, research, consultancy and teaching. he has also experienced in the field of yoga, meditation, counseling and psychotherapy. his areas of interest for training includes leadership development, psychological capital, employee engagement, team building, harnessing emotional intelligence, personality development, psychometric testing, managerial skills, personal effectiveness, stress management and interpersonal relationship management. more then 20 research papers have been published in national and international reputed journals. presented research paper in reputed conference like iim-indore, iim-raipur and pan iim-lucknow. one book reviewed for oxford university press "compensation management by bhattacharyya, d. k."
